2 bedroom, 3 bathroom split level modern apartment… With an AWESOME couch

The room is huge with built in robe.. All you need is a bed!
Fly screens throughout the house …. You will have one bathroom all to your self as there is a guest toilet downstairs….

The complex has 4 pools, 4 spas, & 4 gyms.. Shops, hairdressers , beauticians, and building manager all included.

Apartment has a lock up garage too.

Would love to meet a like minded person to lease apartment with , all you will need is your bedroom furniture, however if you have furniture you want to add that is also fine.

I work full time in the Cbd mon-fri
Love to exercise, socialise and have a good time.
Not looking for a party animal, just some one who would enjoy a beer or a glass of wine every now and then.
Also someone who is clean and considerate.
