25 minutes walk to Central Station
15 minutes walk to Museum train station
near Paddington Surry Hills Darlinghurst and Kings Cross.

Its furnished with 2 single beds as you can see from the pictures.

To move in you require 3 weeks bond, 1 week rent in advance and $30 bond for each key.
that is :
Bond $990
1st week rent $330 +
$30 for 1 key or $60 for 2 keys.

The bond and the deposit for the 2 keys are returned when the room is delivered back to me with the keys – clean and crispy as I will give it to you.

There is no other bills, wify is unlimited and free. The only thing is the washing machine is rental and you pay $3 per very large wash.

The kitchen is equiped with stove oven and microwave and all cooking pots and utensils and plates and all that provided. The kitchen is outside from the house and this way the house and rooms smell nice all the time.

The 3 bathrooms are available all the time and are clean.

The house mates are very very nice international people who speak very good english
they are quiet and respectful and clean as I chose them to be.

So am looking for like minded people to share this quiet, clean and safe 3 storey house.

WARNING: I do not want parties in the house and i dont want people who drink alcohol in the house or people who like to get drunk or “tipsy” and exhibit show off behaviours like that.
I dont want people who will be getting drunk vometing and smashing my house,

And ofcourse i do not want people who use illicit substances. I do not like arrogant,
inflexible and acting smart kind of people.
