Strictly 3 weeks rent as a bond is required upfront.Very conveniently located in Lachlan St (near Bourke St) and close to bus stop (5 minutes walk) 8 minutes walk to Taylors College.There are few convenient shops and eateries in the complex.The unit has a nice gym facility and swimming pool.We are looking for someone who is clean responsible and considerate of others.
