Hi Unfortunely due to work commitments I have to give up my room. I am looking for somebody to move in ASAP until the lease runs out in August (then you are welcome to resign if you would like and replace the residents if any decide not to resign). It is $217.50 a week and located at 11 Potter St Waterloo. You would be sharing with a beautiful couple and a male (23-25yrs old) all extremely friendly working professionals. The room is large and with a private balcony. The apartment complex is new with a gym spa sauna pool and you would have your own parking space. You would be sharing a bathroom with one clean tidy male. It is fully furnished with wireless interenet. All you would need is your own bed/ bedroom furniture.
