I’m looking for someone to move into the master bedroom in a fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The apartment is in Waterloo (near Surry Hills) within Meriton’s Crown Square.

It is close to transport and the city (Bus M20, 301, 303 to the city). Two bus stops within a few minutes walk. It is also not far from the beaches. There are Coles and Aldi supermarket, news agency, convenience stores, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, eateries, GP clinics, etc.

Facilities include swimming pool, spa, sauna, and gym.

The fully-furnished room has an ensuite bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, and a balcony. It is fairly large. There are currently a queen bed and a single bed in the room. One or both beds can be removed if requested.

There is air-con/heating, internal laundry, a 55″ LCD TV, a blu-ray player, etc.

There is only one other person which is me living in the apartment.

Unlike many crowded apartments, there is no one sleeping in the living room.

I’m looking for someone who is sociable, clean/tidy, and pays rent on time. Someone who doesn’t mind getting a drink after work or a dinner and a chat sometimes.

I prefer professionals who work regular hours. No shift workers. It’s a bonus if you’re a fan of the show, Game of Thrones

REQUIRED: Bond/deposit is 4 weeks’ rent. Rent is due fortnightly.

Rent is $370/wk including bills for one person. $390/wk for two. Bills are for electricity, gas, Foxtel cable TV, and internet. Nothing more to pay.

The room is available immediiately.
