Bedroom Two: Has two single beds that can be made into a king sized bed; we just need notice in order for our housekeepers to make up the beds as required. Bedside tables & lamps and also a hanging robe & a chest of drawers give plenty of room for your clothes & personal items.
The main bathroom has bath, shower, washbasin & toilet.
Other features of this apartment include a separate laundry with a washing machine & drier. Street parking is easy & there is visitors parking on site.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers & duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer & Christmas holiday period

Bond & Departure Clean – A bond is required; this is refunded at the end of the stay subject to a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. There is a charge for a professional departure clean. Internet connection is supplied at an extra charge of $120 for the first month & $75 for subsequent months.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars & are inclusive of GST where applicable.
