Great house in a great location. 3 minute walk to buses into the city which usually take about 20-30mins. 5-10min walk to Annandale shops cafes pubs etc. 15 min walk to Leichhardt.The available room will comfortably fit a single bed desk and clothes stand.We are a clean tidy and fairly quiet house. You will be sharing with three others – two girls a guy and a cat. There is one bathroom upstairs with a shower bath and toilet. There is a second toilet in the laundry downstairs. The kitchen is clean bright and airy and there is a large living room. The house is fully furnished – you will only need furniture for your room.Looking for some one easy going and who doesnt need to be asked to help out with cleaning around the house.
