Unit is fully furnished (including internal laundry with dryer and washing machine) accept for your bedroom bring your own bed the room also has a large built in wardrobe. You will have use of the main bathroom virtually to yourself as there is an ensuit in the master bedroom. The unit is close to transport couple minute walk to bus stop or 1km to ferry both with about a 10 minute trip to the city and it is free to park in the street.Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Theres a large balcony also looking over the water and a pool on the waters edge for use as well as a beach area on the harbours edge. I have Internet set up wirelessly throughout the unit and all calls on the home phone (to any landline in Australia) will be included in rent.The rent is $280pw including bills but happy to discuss (Electricity Internet Phone(Aus Land line calls only) etc. all included in rent). Rent can be paid weekly fortnightly or monthly however must be paid in advance.Im 34years old a proffessional male clean and tidy spend most nights at home during the week but love to make the most of my weekends. Love heading out for a night on the town dinner or a few drinks also try to get away on a regular bases (local or overseas when I can). Love keeping fit (call into the Gym on my way home from work most nights so not usually home till sevenish). Oh and dont mind the odd glass of red or a beer!I would prefer a proffessional tidy easy-going flat mate that is employed and has no issues paying there share of rent. Not interested in somebody thats planning to have wild parties at home or loud music to all hours but weekend BBQs Drinks or Dinners would always be welcomed.
