I have one room to rent in an awesome 3 bedroom apartment in Drummoyne overlooking the water. The room available is the 2nd bedroom which has built-ins. You will be sharing with one 25 year female (me) and one 25 year old male (Mo). Ideally we would like a male aged 23-30. You will share the main bathroom with Mo only. The place is fully furnished apart from the bedroom (so basically – you just need to bring your bed)! There is an outdoor pool too so we can sunbake in summer The view is AMAZING!! Were literally on the water!! Rent is $230 per week plus approximately $20 per week for bills and foxtel.
