We are looking for one person for one room…for Friday or within the next week in Dulwhich Hill our lease for 12 months has been approved! 5 minutes from transport buses and trains. 15 minutes to the city! Pref min 3 months It is 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. You will be sharing the place with me (Clare) and Marge we are both 23 and work in the city in Sales and Accounts. We are from NSW and have finally found the perfect place but have one spare room. (please no couples only one person for the one room) You will have the downstairs bedroom and pretty much your own bathroom as mine and Marges rooms are upstairs and we will share the bathroom. Rent is $240 a week. Bond is $600 The bedroom it large bright new carpet and has built in wadrobes Large open plan lounge and dining. The place is pretty much new everything is clean and beautiful so we are planning on making it very homie J The place will be furnished so all you need to do is move in and furnish your room. Marge and I are pretty chilled people we are down for having fun but dont want a party animal that will ALWAYS have loads of people over. Bars cool people cool conversations are more our sort of thing or just chilling at home with a glass of wine. We are pretty low maintenance dont do superficial or high maintenance people.
