The rooms available are located on the upper level with a full bathroom and laundry room. Both rooms are bright and large enough to easily fit a queen sized bedroom suite with plenty of room to spare. One room includes a built-in and one room can be furnished with a queen sized bed and bedside drawers for $180 p/w if you need. Downstairs has a bright open style lounge/dining area with large windows extending onto large sunny leafy balcony with street views. The apartment building is centrally located in a quiet culd-a-sac close to cafes shops parks and public transport. The complex and the building is secure with undercover parking as well as a large swimming pool and entertainment area.
