The kitchen is new, with a stainless steel dishwasher and stove and leads to a well appointed living room with lounges, TV, DVD and CD players. There is an open wardrobe in the main bedroom and the second and third bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Four bedrooms have a double bed and the fifth has a single bed. Both bathrooms are new. There is an internal laundry.

The home is just 2km from the city and a short walk from both Glebe and Broadway shops as well as fish markets. There are buses along Glebe Point Road to Markets, universities, Broadway and the CBD as well as to Newtown and Coogee Beach.

Breakfast food, condiments, all linen, towels and utility expenses are included. This home is professionally cleaned in between stays.

The following are January rates for four people staying in two bedrooms:
$630 for Friday and Saturday nights
$750 for 3 weeknights (Monday-Thursday)
$940 for 4 nights including Saturday
$1340 for one week ($1440 during peak)

To make a booking, half of the rent is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival a $500 bond is due with the balance. The check out time is 12pm.
