My name is Leo. I am a 22 years old Aussie and I am a full-time working professional, working in the Eastern Suburbs. I am looking to share a unit with ONE other person.

I have the following characteristics:

-Very clean
-Non-smoker
-Occasional drnker however mostly when going out
-No pets
-I work 12 hour shifts during the day and night, I am sometimes required to sleep during the day
-Am rarely at home, only to sleep. I rarely cook, maybe 2-3 times a week on average.

am after the following characteristics in a house-mate:

-Clean & tidy
-Not an indoor smoker
-No pets
-Not a party animal

I have just leased a two bedroom unit in Marrickville and am moving in this week so am looking for someone to move in ASAP.
