Hello all A room is becoming available in an existing three bedroom flat in the Alpha House building located on King Street Newtown. Flatmate moving out has to unfortunately leave to move overseas.Rent is $206 per week not including bills.Remaining flatmates are both males. Both are full-time workers laid back and friendly. Seeking someone with these qualities as well as tidiness.You will need to sign the lease to be able to move into this room.
