Share with two males aged 20 and 22. One working full time as a biomedical engineer at Bionic Vision Australia. The other working at Ferrostaal. 1 large room fully furnished with desk built-in wardrobe double bed etc available with a personal bathroom for someone who is like-minded sociable neat tidy and responsible. Should be able to speak good understandable English and also pays rent on time (2 weeks advance). A secure parking spot is available as well. All amenities provided in this apartment including ironing board laundry (washing and dryer). It is close to shops amazing restaurants and Concord West Station. Unfortunately no pets allowed in this place otherwise we would love to have one. For in-house fun we have foxtel cable PS3 (with games) on a 42 inch LCD TV BBQ in the balcony and centralized aircon for those hot days!!
