I have a beautiful unit, with an ACTUAL KITCHEN and an actual bathroom with a shower and everything!

I moved into it early last year, and I bought a whole lot of new furniture, so everything is brand new. I have taken care of all the furniture, nothing has broken and I am a non-smoker.
I am moving in October to a furnished place and I would like to find someone who would take over my lease AND buy my furniture.
Basically I put a lot of effort and planning to get everything to fit in this place and I want to pass it on rather than take it all apart and throw it away.
