Hi,

I have a room available in my home for rent in Sydenham VERY close to transport. Flatmates range from 18 – 38 and include 2 cats & a very friendly blue cattle dog. I am a professional at a Sydney university and my flatmate works part time & studies. We are social without being massive party animals. Good food, music, the occasional trashy movie & friends are all part of the dynamics that seem to work for us.

We have a large backyard complete with mango & ornage trees and a garage currently being utilised as a extra hang out space for the household.

Looking for a flatmate who is easy going and social and doesn’t scare too easy..though healthy fear is well respected!

Age is no barrier we are more interested in attitude
