I’m living my room near Broadway center, Ultimo and am looking for someone to rent it for the next three months, beginning February 8th to 15 April

Price is 315/week for single and 370/week for couple.

This is a big room with queen bed, lot of light and windows. Completely furnished with bed, desk, big pantry and bookcase.

You would share the flat with a nice couple, a french guy and an Aussie girl, both near their thirties.

The apartment is clean and spacious, with everything you need, washing machine, internet, big TV, big fridge, etc.
The building is close to the Broadway center, which is really useful, and possess its own pool and gym (clean and not a much of people).

It’s a really cool room, in a cool flat with cool people !

Some references (like a proof of work, or some previous landlord letter) would be a plus !
