Hi all.. Ive recently moved into a nice 4 bedroom house in Harrington Park. It has ducted air con solar heated in ground pool with double door built in wardrobes to all bedrooms. I have 2 bedrooms available each having adequate room for a queen size bed and a desk/tv or whatever suits you. Both bedrooms are carpeted with a feature wall. I like to call them the Green and Blue rooms The rest of the house is considerably spacious with two lounge rooms a large rumpus a study area large kitchen and a nice out door entertainment area. There is parking available on the street or in the driveway. Currently is in need for furniture and will be doing so in the next month or so. However your belongings are most welcomed. As there are two lounge rooms there will be a lounge room available for 2 people to share. I will make use of the second lounge room with Emma who is currently letting out the second room. We are both have busy careers and active social lives so are not at home all the time. We are very friendly respectful honest easy going and sociable girls who both like a laugh and the odd drink or glass of wine on the afternoons. We are looking for honest reliable respectful sociable easy going room mates. We both feel that it is important to live with people who you can feel safe and comfortable around. The rooms are both available for immediate move in. Real estate will be handling lease/bond and all payments. Would ideally appreciate those looking for a long term stay however will consider short term stays with plenty of notice of dates when wanting to leave.
