Hi Ive got an (unfurnished) double room available from 29 March in Freshwater. Unit is very close to bus to city (express) warringah mall and Manly. Quiet street lots of parking short stroll to corner shops and park 2min drive to beach. Unit it is furnished with modern kitchen and very tidy bathroom internal laundry and balcony.As for me Im a 30F very easy going sociable tidy and respect other peoples space. In my spare time I paint (attempt to) surf like hanging out at the beach paddling on the lake visiting friends snowboarding and wakeboarding too if I get the chance. Id love a friendly tidy flatmate who is sociable and up for a laugh every now and then too
