We have a fully self contained studio unit for rent on the rear of our property on Lovell Road. The bathroom and kitchenette are seperate rooms away from the studio bedroom/living area. The unit is fully airconditioned. You will have your own entrance accessible down the side of the main house.
Off street parking for one vehicle is available.

We are looking for a quiet and responsible tenant that has a love for dogs. We have 2 Golden Retrievers that share the same back yard so you would need to be conscientious of them as the entrance always needs to be secure.

$300 per week.
Bond 2 weeks and 2 weeks rent in advance.
Rent includes electricity & water and internet.
