The Maison Retail Arcade shall consist of approximately 8 specialty shops on ground level serviced by basement parking for approximately 125 vehicles.
Tenancy sizes range from approximately 25m to 338m, some with rear loading dock access and street frontage with potential for external seating (subject to Council and Lessor approval).
There may be further potential to combine tenancies to create a larger tenancy area if required (subject to any engineering restrictions)
Basement car parking will be accessible from both East and west bound lanes with a new set of traffic lights to be installed.
As Hunters Hill is currently under retailed with the closest major fresh food shopping precincts in either Gladesville, Drummoyne or Lane Cove, Maison will provide a new retailing destination to residents of the Hunters Hill, Woolwich, Linley Point and Huntleys Cove areas.
