Hi a flat in Peach Tree road has just opened for occupancy as its current tenants are moving by 15 July. I am not yet living in the place but very keen if I find one or two flatmates. It is owned by my friend and she asked me to find housemates so I could share the rent. It is very close to Macquarie uni Macquarie uni train station Macquarie Centre and bus stops.
