Close to HORNSBY (Sydney-North Shore) Westfield Shopping Centre (5 minutes by car) and Castle Hill (8 minutes by car). Train is available from Pennant Hills station to Macquarie University. You will have your own bedroom (with built-ins). Bedroom can be furnished if required. House is clean and is to be kept that way. Maximum of 3 people will be living in the house at any one time.I am currently the only occupant (owner) and am usually away 3-4 days per week with work commitments.
