Spare room available in my cosy house hold.The house is located in a quit street in Greystanes the main busstop is in front of the house and its available every 15 minutes. My surrounding is quite and very green as there is a reserve forest at the back and a park on the side.Its a 2 bedroom house with a study 1 lounge room and a bar room which it is my favourite. I have Foxtel available . Its clean and tidy as i like to come home to a tidy house. Its has floorboard throughout and tiles in the kitchen. It gets plenty of natural light. The house is fully furnished. The backyard is green with a huge chlorine pool and a very nice entertainment area with a pingpong table.I am a single professional aged 30 sociable and dont care about religions. My house is the place where i come to relax after work so when i am home chilling watching tv playing darts etc….I am generally home about 6 pm. I am easy going respectable and extremely welcoming.My perfect roomie… She must be clean and tidy and dont mind contributing to the weekly maintenance of house. free spirited warm considerate and responsible. Basically chilled out with no dramas and pays rent on time . In exchange i will offer a safe friendly environment and a place to call home. For $185 per week including: bills foxtel and internet access. Abou the room…..Good size bedroom with double mirrowed robe and a queen size bed brand new mattress and sheets.
