~ Buses to Parramatta or Sydney leave regularly from the top of the street (400m away).

~ Pets are OK – Fully fenced backyard is ideal for any dogs. (And there’s even a very large dog kennel available.)

~ 2 private off-street car-spots (and lots of street-parking available).

~ Long-term lease preferred, but open to short-term lease if desired.
