I have a room available in a new apartment block in Hurstville which is situated within a 7 minute walk from the train station restaruants and shopping centres. The apartment has a nice view of the city and has an outside 25 meter swimming pool and gym. The apartment is a two bedroom apartment which will be fully furnished ( i.e microwave dishawaher cutlery TV and Dryer) however I dont not have a washing machine.Im looking for a single person preferably female who is on vacation or a tourist working Visa who is outgoing and responsible.
