Hi we have a brand new place with one room available our flatmate has just moved overseas. Our other room is currently occupied by two students who are clean and considerate. We are hoping to find a similar flatmate for the third bedroom. We are a friendly respect your privacy and all bills (including internet) is included. Our place is ten min walk to the station (which is a 20 min ride to the city approximately 17km). It would suit someone working or studying near Sydney city such as Sydney university. The room is fully furnished with a decent sized mirror built in wardrobe two single beds study table and small tv (if you want).
