Hi there I have one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment for rent. I am on the middle floor in a small complex of six. My apartment has new carpet and paint renovated bathroom and kitchen and has laundry facilities available. Your room is unfurnished with a large built in robe and plenty of room for a queen size bed. Room is unfurnished however can be furnished if you wish.I am a school teacher and social creature however also like my quiet time. I would prefer room mates of either gender who are clean neat and non-smokers. Please not plenty of close off street parking available and within 10min to Caringbah station.
