hi we are a family of three we have two single rooms for rent at $250.00 each per week a 4 week bond is necessary and rent must be paid at the start of each week. The two rooms share a separate shower and toilet and there is an in ground pool available to use unlimited internet service $15.00 per week but you must have your own computer. A share fridge between the two rooms is also available. The house is smoke free but you can smoke outside. Foxtel and a lounge room is also available. bus stop (at local shops) just 3 min walk away will take you to Janalli train station which is only a 10 min drive away… this arrangement would be perfect for two students…
