As Ive got the best roomie ever I am looking for a nice girl to replace me:) The room is equipped with everything (bed table wardrobe etc.) and on top of that: you have your own balcony and the room has as well as the entire house parquet floor ! The rent is 195 Dollars a week (all bills included) which is a pretty good deal considering that the locatioin is just great (just in between UTS and Uni of Sydney). Furthermore you will be sharing the house with 5 other people (all international ones -studying and/or working- and really nice). The house is huge and in best conditions: a large living room with TV and DVD player huge kitchen with two fridges two bathrooms and has a backyard with a bbq.
