Hello,
in our lovely home are 2 beds available. If you are female you can take the room upstairs (share room with 1 other girl, 19 yo, very nice). If you are male or a couple, there is another room available downstairs.
The house is located in 141 Cleveland St, Chippendale. The rooms are available from Saturday, 29th of June (+- 3 days if required). If you need to move earlier, you can stay 1 or 2 days on the couch. There is a minimum stay of 4 weeks. If you want to stay longer, you are more than welcome

8 People live in the 5 bedroom house, all either students or working and very nice and clean people are from France, Italy, New Zealand, Netherlands, Columbia, China and Germany and between 19 and 27 years old.

There are 2 bathrooms, a big living room with tv and a kitchen witch a dishwasher. also a washing machine is provided and there is a backyard with a BBQ.

Its only a 10min walk to central station and the university of sydney as well as the broadway shopping center with coles and other shops.

Rent is 165$ per week + 25$ bills per week (including everything like high-speed-internet, water, electricity, heater). Bond is 4 weeks rent which is 760$, you will get the money back when you leave.
