The house is close to the corner of Cleveland St and City Road. Buses going into the City are only 3 minutes away. Everything you need is close by, Broadway shopping centre and Glebe and Newtown are in walking distance, next to Sydney Uni. Getting a train is also very easy with Redfern station being 10 min away and Central a 20 min walk.

The house itself is cozy and has pretty massive rooms. Nice modern kitchen and a great backyard to chillax in. Two bathrooms (so no running for the showers in the mornings), washing machine, dryer and everything else you expect from a house in 2013. Furniture wish we need to add some things but that will happen over time.

Because we share the house with 5 mates the bills aren’t that high.. I’m not 100% sure because I’ve only paid bills once but normally its about $60 every two months or such + there is Internet which is $20 a month.
