Clean and spacious 3 bedroom 2 storey top floor apartment in Pyrmont. Our flatmate is moving out and we are looking for one person to move into her room, no couples please – we’d like to keep the apartment not crowded. There is only 1 person leaving in each room, 3 people in total for the whole apartment. 1 kitchen, 1 common lounge with TV, 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The room is fully furnished but you are welcome to bring your own.
We’ll give preference to a non-smoking, tidy person, who can be responsible with their regular rent payments.
Other expenses are electricity ( approx. $160 every 3 months ) and monthly appliances rent of $30. Please apply with details about yourself.
