These rooms are perfect for two friends who would love to reap the benefit of the short but beautiful scenic walk to and from the CBD.

The rooms are also available as a bedroom and a office den for a single person or a couple for 500 per week.

Fully furnished rooms are also optional.

You will be sharing the house with two working professionals – mid-twenties/females who are fun and easy to get along with.

Utilities are not included in the rent of 250/week/person.
