I am 27 (male) and work in digital for an agency as a manager.
Looking for someone who can afford all the basic things like food and electricity. Other than that there are no rules / requirements except the obvious.

Here are some features of the unit and what you get with the room:

. The unit has a large living room.
. Large kitchen with fridge, dishwasher etc.
. Separate laundry with washing machine and dryer.

. 20 min walk to Sydney Uni, New Town, Moore Park and Ultimo.
. Bus stop is right across the road. 30sec from leaving the apartment.
. Street is safe and well away from the bad areas.
. Loads of parking out the front.
