We have a bedroom available on Sunday the 26th of May for a single person or couple to rent. It is located in an apartment which is located in Darling Harbour, Sydney CBD which is very handy. Public transport, entertainment, grocery shopping, shopping malls, etc are all nearby.

You will get your own bedroom which is furnished as well as your own bathroom. In the bedroom there is a queen sized bed, desk and built in wardrobe. You will also have access to the balcony from your bedroom. All bills (Water, Gas, Electricity and ADSL) are included in the rent.

We are working professionals currently staying in the master bedroom and are from NZ. Please note that you will only be living with us as there will be noone living in the living area, therefore maximum total of 4 people in the apartment.

Currently we are looking for a single or a couple who are like minded, clean, tidy and respectful to rent the the bedroom and be our flatmate/s.

The room is available from Sunday the 26th May 2013
Rent is $430 per week (or $215/person a week) – Payable fortnightly
4 weeks Bond is required
