This is a spacious, luxurious, fully furnished and equipped, serviced apartment with gym, pool, Foxtel and internet. It has views of the city and harbour and internal lift access and two underground security carspaces.

There is a large, open plan kitchen and living room. The living room has a 55″ LED TV, PS3, DVD and CD players, a Blue-Ray player, a sofa bed and reverse cycle air conditioning. The kitchen has stone benchtops, a dishwasher, a gas cooktop and a convection microwave oven. The main bedroom has a queen bed, a walk-through wardrobe and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is opposite the bathroom and a storage cupboard. There is an equipped, internal laundry.

Breakfast food, broadband internet, Foxtel and utility expenses are included. The apartment is cleaned between stays. The check out time is 12pm.

Guests will be given access to the 17m indoor, heated pool, fitness centre and sun deck at the Taj Hotel as well as the reception desk.

$1170 for Friday and Saturday nights
$1290 for 3 weeknights
$1400 for 3 nights including Saturday
$1820 for 5 nights including Saturday
$2200 for one week ($2800 during peak)

To make a booking, 50% of the rent is required. Unless otherwise arranged, 10 days prior to arrival a $1000 bond is due with the balance.
