Under construction, this freestanding building will be finished to a very high quality. Construction will be of dado walls, steel portal frame and insulated metal deck roof. Offices will be on mezzanine level, being carpeted and air conditioned. The warehouse will provide 10m – 12.2m clearance, accessible via 5 double width roller shutters with a 10.25m wide awning over. The facility will be equipped with an ESFR sprinkler system. 31 car parking spaces, with undercover parking available.
