The site is located within established industrial precinct of Huntingwood and has excellent proximity to the M4 Motorway via Reservoir Road and the Great Western Highway.
Huntingwood offers a range of options for potential users. The current masterplan contemplates a range of building sizes ranging from 1,000sqm to 25,000sqm. The site lends itself to a higher and better use such as bulky goods.
Infrastructure for the site, including a new four way intersection to the Great Western Highway, is due to commence in December 2011 and be completed within 12 months. Goodman is undertaking services works for the balance of the estate.
The site is zoned IN (1) General Industrial, under the provisions of the Western Sydney Employment SEPP (2009).
