I have been living in this apartment for the past 2 years. I am an extremely clean and extremely quiet 22 year old student. I am rarely home as I’m either at work or uni, and I rarely have people over so would expect the same from you. If you are a social butterfly please do not apply.

- You will be in your own decent sized room with large sheltered balcony for you to put your washing out on etc.
- Single bed with sheets and quilt provided
- Built in wardrobe with drawers
- Tiled
- High speed unlimited internet provided
- Large fully furnished kitchen that I never use, so if you like cooking it’s all yours
- Nicely furnished loungeroom with leather lounge, large LCD TV and movies at your request. I’m hardly home so the comfort is yours.
- Brand new hot/cold airconditioner in lounge room
- One large bathroom – I’m hardly home so enjoy yoyur showers
- Laundry with new washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Washing detergent supplied with utilities cost.

- You will nee to park on the road or in visitor parking of which there is plenty of space available.
