I have a two bedroom unit available on Shearwater Drive in Bakewell. Home is fully furnished bedroom unfurnished. The room comes with large BIRs and air-conditioning. House is supplied with washer/dryer set small backyard parking bay tiled throughout kitchen/open lounge area and laundry. Looking for a professional person to take the share of the room must be fully employed and no pets. Smokers okay and should be relatively clean. Gender and sexual preference no issue. Couples are fine but it might be a bit cramped. Rent is $170 per week and four weeks bond is required. You can inspect the place over the weekend from 1pm or over weekdays from 7pm.
