We have a very beautiful appartment in the evolution building in darwin city. We are two flight attendants sharing a 4 bedroom appartment. There are two rooms available the smaller room with a shared bathroom is $210 a week it doesnt have a built in cupboard but there is a cupboard directly outside the room that is huge! The room is airconditioned and comfortably fits a queen size bed the guy leaving the room will be selling his bed for around $200-$300 and its only 4months old. Although a study it is a huge room. The second room available is $270 a week and extrmely large it has a private bathroom and is airconditioned. A queen size bed comes with the room and there is plenty of cupboard space. The complex has a resort style pool with gym and games room which includes pool table darts table tennis.we are looking for an easy going guy/girl. The electricity and water bill isnt included but is divided between four on a quarterly basis. 4weeks rent will be required for bond avaiable NOW!
