Were a range of ages between 24-28.Ideally we are looking for a Female to move in so that there is a good balance of people ideally you would be easy going and sociable but also respectful of others.Evolution has fantastic facilitates including a Gym an Olympic Length Swimming Pool Large Barbecue / Entertaining area with 3 very large seating/dining areas a games room with 8-ball table darts etc and a meeting room. It is also within walking distance to the city.The room available is equipped with its own fan and air-conditioning unit and over looks the pool area.The room is available from around the 29th May and is $220 a week in Rent.
