We are a couple looking for a someone to rent the other room. We are easy to deal with and quite reasonable. We are looking for someone who is responsible clean and tidy. We do not tolerate drinking inside the flat and smoking is only outside. Perfect for a student or worker. Very close to the beach. Quiet place.
