Im looking for someone that is a professional and generally tidy.Complex does have parking spaces and a pool and the apartment has two bathrooms.The rent is negotiable depending on length of stay.Rent includes power and Austar (in lounge only).There is no bond but I do expect rent to be paid in advance this also depends on your length of stay.Im fussy and a neat freak love order and organising. I love motorbikes camping shoes dressing up wine cheese and pasta. I cant live without spaghetti my Macbook my iPhone and my Hyundai i30. I hate bugs mess rudeness. I keep to myself and enjoy my alone time when not hard at work or out with friends.
