We have a furnished bedroom in our recently renovated townhouse in the lovely Brisbane suburb of Arana Hills close to Grovely Train Station and shops.

The room is spacious with a nice view of trees and a cool breeze. Recently painted, brand new carpet, large built in robe, large double window, double bed and comfy matress, desk and bookshelf . The rest of our house is spacious and modern with everything you need to enjoy your stay with a brand new bathroom, lounge, high ceilings in the kitchen and dining room, new cooktop and oven, a new washing machine, an outdoor courtyard and barbeque area surrounded by trees (including a big gas BBQ and outdoor dining suite) and we have 2 big swimming pools in the complex. We have 1 full bathroom and a second 'half bathroom' downstairs with toilet and sink but no shower.

We are just across the road from Arana Hills shopping centre which has an Aldi, Coles, KMart, many small shops, a post office, restaurants, a gym and more. We have lots of parkland and bike riding trails right near our house and are only about 5 minutes walk from a bus stop and 10 minutes max walk from Grovely Train Station (about a 20 minute ride from the city centre). We are only about a 20 minute drive to the Brisbane International Airport.

We are an Australian and German couple- 27 years old, social, easy going, tidy, non-smoking and we love meeting and getting to know everyone both locals or people from around the world. We are willing to consider couples, we're just looking for the right people to share our home with

The rent of $175 per week includes everything you need – use of all household amenities, the washing machine, electricity, wireless internet, and water. We can negotiate on lease term but perhaps 3 months is ideal for us right now.
