Close airport and gateway. 20mins walk to city cat if you need to catch a ferry. 10 min drive to city in normal traffic. in peak hour prob averages about 20-25 mins depending on traffic.
Situated in a small block of six unit. Quiet st and nice neighbours. I have really enjoyed living here and am sad to go.
I would allow a small cat. Cat flap is installed out to the balcony.
Date to move in can be negotiated. I must have a tenant in plce by 24 April but can move earlier than that if required – in fact if you only require one room i’m happy to let out one room immediately if need be.
The building was built in around 1992 and is brick. So its not one of the ultra modern designs but also not one of the dodgy 1980s. Good solid and nice.
