Mother 51 years and son 18 years everyday people nice home rooms available differ in size so price will differ small is $125 medium $135 and for large room furnished $145.00 p/w. There are 3 small dogs they do yap from time to time when there is someone ringing the door bell etc they are allowed in the home. The amenities will be discussed at time of seeing the room.
