We are very Close to essential amenities: Express Bus 330 to CBD, 3 x Train Stations, Schools, Westfield Chermside which boast Cinemas, Apple Store and others major retail outlets, easy walk to the local Taigum Village which has Woolworths, Big W and many speciality shops, Airports, M1 – north or south, Boondall Entertainment Centre and Sandgate and Redcliffe Foreshores are all nearby.
Just letting you know that I am still looking for that elusive tenant the one who will commit to a signed lease.

Inspections have picked up over the last week, with an average of one to two inspections per day mostly either drop ins or at Open for Inspections rarely by appointment. Had an inspection yesterday and the prospective tenant indicated that she had inspected several units before inspecting ours and still had a couple of more to look at. While she was here, her comments were very positive. But still no application. Just no pressure what so ever for a tenant to make a firm decision these days as there is still so much for them to choose from. Although most inspections result in the people taking an application form, the actual application is not forthcoming..

When you compare our rents to other available townhouses in Boondall we are $20 per week better than our competition and in excellent condition and position. Even the offer of two weeks free rent is not attracting a lot of interest
